The Founders Rate is a limited-time discount for early customers. If you subscribe while it's available, you keep that discounted price at every renewal for as long as your subscription stays active—we won't raise it out from under you. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, or let your subscription lapse, the rate no longer applies and the standard price takes over. We may withdraw the offer for new subscribers at any time, which is why it's worth locking in now.

Yes. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your term and the new features are available right away. When you downgrade, the lower price takes effect at your next annual renewal — we don't issue account credits or refunds for the portion of the year you've already paid for.

API access is included on the Free plan only for your first 1,000 labels — after that, the API is revoked and will return 403 until you upgrade. The Unlimited Individual and Unlimited Team plans include unrestricted API access. The Unlimited Basic plan does not include API access. Use our JSON to PDF API to integrate label generation directly into your applications.

No setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden charges. Your subscription runs for 12 months, and you can cancel anytime from your billing page — cancelling stops your renewal, and you keep full access until the term you've paid for ends. Annual plans aren't automatically refunded, but if something's gone wrong, get in touch and we'll review it.

Generated files (PDFs): Paid plans retain files for 12 months from the date they are generated; the free plan retains files for 30 days. Processing history: Batch records are removed together with their generated files, so they follow the same retention. Activity logs: API request logs are retained for 90 days; transformation logs are retained for 30 days. Your templates and settings: Retained indefinitely as long as your account is active.
